At Ziorris, every piece is crafted with care — bold, refined, and designed to last in your wardrobe. While we hope you love your order, if something doesn’t feel right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • In case your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@ziorris.com or through our Returns Portal.

  • Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product should be free from stains, perfume, alteration, or damage.

  • An unboxing video may be required as proof in case of damage, defect, or missing items.

Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

We accept return/exchange requests for:

  • Wrong, damaged, or defective items received.

  • Incorrect size, color, or style sent.

  • Verified manufacturing defects.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal at www.ziorris.com/returns.

  2. Enter your order details and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Upload clear images (and video, if required).

  4. Once approved, our courier will schedule a pickup.

Refund & Exchange Options

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product passes quality check.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via bank transfer after confirmation.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you can choose store credit (valid indefinitely) for future purchases.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for select pin codes and eligible order values, as determined by our logistics partners.

  • Orders placed via COD and later returned will receive store credit only.

  • Shipping and COD fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Quality Check & Approval

All returned items undergo a two-step quality inspection upon arrival.
If the product fails to meet our return eligibility standards, it will be re-shipped to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Shipping, handling, and COD fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns are accepted only through our authorized courier partners; self-shipped parcels will not be accepted.

  • Ziorris reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time for operational or legal reasons.
