1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Domestic Shipping (India Only)
We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners, who allocate the most reliable courier service based on your delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary slightly due to courier delays or local conditions.
Shipping is free across India, except for selected remote or unserviceable locations (displayed at checkout).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
Ziorris is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable addresses.
Orders returned due to such issues may be reshipped once corrected, with re-shipping costs borne by the customer.
5. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is marked undeliverable (for reasons such as wrong contact details, refusal, or unavailability), it will be returned to us.
Once received, our team will contact you to arrange reshipment (extra charges apply) or issue store credit (excluding shipping fees).

Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will notify you promptly. You may choose to:

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where the item cannot be restocked within a reasonable period.
